Yea is a suburb of Northern Victoria, Victoria and is about 78 kms north-northeast of VIC's capital city of Melbourne. Yea is a town in central Victoria at the junction of the Goulburn Valley Highway and the Melba Highway, in the Shire of Murrindindi local government area. The Yea economy is based around servicing the farming sector, and tourism, with good road links but little public transport.
